I had the feeling I was growing out of my previous job and was happy to take the next career step as Program Manager at Aalto EE. For me, the most rewarding aspect of this job is being part of an individual’s professional development. It is highly motivating to design, plan and execute different training programs for our customers and facilitate them reaching their professional goals. As part of the Aalto University community, I get to work in close cooperation with highly trained and skilled professionals and gain interesting insights into discussions in the field.  

Even though the Program Managers at Aalto EE carry a lot of responsibility, the key to success lies in the teamwork with colleagues and customers. I enjoy working in an environment where you can count on your colleagues and have the space to incorporate your own ideas and visions in the programs. I feel that my skills are valued and my opinions appreciated, and the position as Program Manager offers the level of challenges I was looking for.
